Our gear profile grinding technology provides the full functional package for modern profile grinders including acoustic sensor for quality control and quality measurement on the machine.
Based on the profile grinding technology ww-cnc technology GmbH developed a package for the worm gear grinding. The first implementation was installed in Q4 2020.
Machines, equipped with our bevel gear grinding software can import and grind the gear data sets from the two most widely used dimensioning tools.
In 2016 and 2018 ww-cnc technology GmbH modernized two Klingelnberg bevel gear cutting machines, equipped with the own conical gear cutting software. The processes Cyclo-Palloid, Curvex and Completing can be run on the machine.
For the continuous gear grinding machines highest requirements on drive dynamics and regulation stiffnes are given. While ww-cnc technology GmbH focuses on this task, together with electrics and mechanics, our partner G-COTEC provides the technology software.
